I can’t use the trial version of Captivate on my Mac. I didn’t try a subscription though.

Hi all, my name is Joel. I am using the program on my Macbook. I downloaded the free Adobe Captivate from the official site, and signed in on the web, as well as on the App but still keep getting this error message.

Is anyone experiencing the same? I couldn’t open old CPTX files either.

I would appreciate any help from the community.
