I have a module where I see the retake quiz button when I preview as a learner.

But a user sent me a screenshot without that option visible; unsure why that is the case, but the learner failed the quiz and can’t proceed. I am unsure how to give them access to the quiz again so they can pass and complete the course. Any thoughts and suggestions are welcome.
