problem captivate launching
Hi
I just installed Captivate, free trial to evaluate it but when launching, a got a quick open window and then close, and nothing happen. No launch of captivate. I checked system pre-requisite and everything is fine.
Is somebody has an idea to solve it?

It could be a variety of issues, ranging from whether you downloaded the correct version for your OS (Windows vs. Mac), or there may have been issues with aspects of how the Application was installed. You can try reinstalling it, or perhaps contacting Adobe who may be able to give you some insights on why the program isn’t starting.
