On one of my course slides, I have a slide video (this video doesn’t have audio) and an audio file. I tested this slide on iPad after uploading the scorm package to our LMS, and I noticed that the video played first, then the audio (both in the same time line), but it was not synchronizing with the video.
Video is always playing after few seconds delay.
Can you please help me to solve this issue.

– Captivate I used 2019 (11.5.5.553) – iPad version 12.5.7 – SCORM package 1.2 and 2004 (v3)

The simplest solution would be to edit your audio directly into your video. This way, if there is a delay for the video, the same delay will occur for the audio since they are the same multimedia.
