Problem Statement:
Administrators can select users who can receive emails from Adobe Learning Manager and who cannot. This can be tedious if many users must be blocked for various types of emails. The CSV upload can be very helpful here.

Role: Admin

Brief Description:
The administrator can select users who can receive emails from Adobe Learning Manager and who cannot.
This can be performed using the Do Not Disturb option under the Settings tab.
Users can be added to this list using their name, email, or unique user id.
If there are multiple users, we can add users to the DND list using CSVs.

Steps to be followed:

1. Add the following columns in CSV

• Block direct emails.
• Block user escalations
• Block incoming direct escalations.
• Block incoming skip escalations.

2. Include True/False/Blank values for each of the following columns in CSV:

Sample template (see the columns highlighted in blue).

Enter true in the value field to block users from receiving emails for that selected option.
If false is entered as the value, blocked users are unblocked. (See the 8^th row above)
No changes to previous selections are done if the column is left blank. (See the 6^th row above)

3. Then upload the CSV
4. You can verify the names/users added to the Do Not Disturb list.

Log in as Admin>>Email Template>>Settings>> Do Not Disturb>> Click on Edit List: to view the names added.
