Problem Statement:
When a learner gets enrolled via auto-instance of a Learning Plan, the instance is not visible in the UI as designed. Then how can we enable badges for these auto instances?
Role: Admin
Brief Description: Learners don’t get the badge upon completing the course when enrolled via auto instance of LPlan.
Steps to prevent the issue:
- Log in as Admin and navigate to the specific course in question.
- Navigate to Configure>Instance defaults >and enable Badges from within the instance defaults.
- This will trigger the badge as enabled for all the auto instances of the Lplan by default.
