Brief Description:
A manager can view information about his/her direct or indirect team as a summary.
The manager can filter the report according to ranges like “This Month,” the “Last three full months,” and the “Last 12 full months”.

Steps to resolve the issue:
Steps to be carried out by Agent:

• Login as Manager
• Go to Learning Summary
• Select the required period

This Month – refreshes every day (for every 24 hours)
Last 3 Full Months – refreshes every month
Last 12 Full Months – refreshes every month
