Howdy y’all! With multiple projects going on parallelly, I feel a bit lost on this one

One of my clients wants bite-sized modules for upskilling and re-skilling their employees on their software product developed in-house. They have had multiple releases on new updates to their product. Next year they plan to have a new version launch as well. The product will also be offered as SaaS. Please suggest impactful instructional strategies and aids that can be used to design these microlearning modules and keeping them agile for further updates as well.

Hope to hear some workable inputs from you great folks!!! Cheers!

Hi Olivia. Its obvious to get overwhelmed at times. Just relax . I personally would not suggest a microlearning module for software products. As microlearning focuses only on one learning objective at a time.

A “How-to” video with a use case under 60 seconds can be used as a microlearning module if there is a minor change to the software the employees are using. The video needs to just focus on the update.

Ahhh…the elearning size is shrinking fast…No complaints though, till the time we get to make them If there is any major update, then it makes sense to create microlearning module. Or else for minor ones, go ahead to create an infographic nugget to release the update to employees.
