2023 Captivate – Review quiz doesn’t jump to the correct quiz question

I am in the 2023 version of Captivate, new to this software, and naturally under a tight deadline, so any help is appreciated.

I have a 5-question quiz. The Result slide (attached) acknowledges there are 5 questions but when the user clicks on the ‘Review Quiz’ the action skips questions 1 & 2 and takes them to questions 3, then 4, then 5, and then back to the Result slide.

How do I control where the ‘Review Quiz’ button jumps to?

On that same note, is there any way for the “Retake Quiz” button to go to the start of the quiz, rather than the start of the entire project?

I wanted to check this out before answering.  You didn’t specify whether this happens in Preview or not? If it is in Preview, did you start the Preview from the first question slide? If you start it from the third question slide, Review will return to that slide when you click the button on the Results slide.
