Function : On Selected date, the Course / Learning path / Certification state will be changed to retired state automatically.

How to enable this functionality: First we need to enable this feature on settings which can be done only by the administrators of the accounts.

To enable this feature, As an Administrator >> Settings >> General >> Check the box next to the “Auto Retire “ option.

Once the above option is enabled, the Course / Learning path / Certification will have an Auto Retire box on the Settings Page

As an Autor >> Click to the course >> Settings ( Course View )

As an Author >> Click to the learning path >> Seetings ( Learning path view )

As an Author >> Click to the certification >> Overview ( Certification view )

On the selected dates the Course / Learning path / Certification will be retired automatically without admin intervention. The time of the auto retire will be at 11:59 PM UTC, not on the Time settings on the account.
