The Social Learning feature in Adobe Learning Manager is quite impressive. It includes features that are important for the extension of learning events and provides the ability to connect learners from all over the world. Take a look at a couple of the features that allow learners to share content.
Social Learning Features in Adobe Learning Manager
I’ve personally always been fond of tools that help to expand the community of people that I have access to. I value the ability to be able to immediately expand my universe. The opportunity to increase engagement can be a motivating factor. Social learning encourages learners to interact with each other and share their experiences. This is a motivating dynamic that improves the overall learning experiences. It also extends the learning experiences far beyond the initial learning event. The Social Learning module with ALM can help to:
- Encourage Collaboration and Teamwork
- Improve Knowledge Retention
- Increase Engagement
- Consider Diverse Perspectives
