Sometimes we have users reaching out to admins requesting that they no longer need to receive the subscription reports for a course.
The subscription reports for a course can be set-up by admins so that certain users will receive the timely updates about the course enrollments and quiz reports.
The subscriptions set-up by an admin will be visible to that specific admin only. It will not be visible to other admins.
The admin then needs to navigate to that course>>subscription tab :
Admin will able to see that existing subscription reports. They can edit the report and remove the user’ email email so that user will not longer receive the subscription report.
In case, the admin is unable to identify who created the reports, admin can reach out to learningmanagersupport@adobe.com and we will assist in identifying the user who created the reports.
