Hi Edu_fusion ,

Some of the emerging trends that I can think of:

  1. Hybrid learning models: I think COVID-19 inspired the industry to embrace Hybrid learning bringing the best of both worlds – in-person and online training. This is a trend will continue and grow and companies and educational institutions alike, see a very good value proposition – in terms of cost and flexibility.
  2. Microlearning / byte sized learning: Shorter attention spans, suits busy schedules. And, learners seeking quick targeted info.
  3. Gamification
  4. Video based learning: Live streaming, pre-recorded sessions/lectures, and video tutorials are likely to continue playing a significant role.
  5. Soft skills: Like Covid-19, AI in this case (no, i am not putting them on the same platform 🙂 has and will force the workforce to revisit soft skills like communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and honing emotional intelligence.
