I have been working with the new Adobe Captivate. Created one small project of multiple screens without a problem. However, this time I decided to use the “infinite scroll” option of one screen with multiple blocks of content. However, when I try to preview or publish after the first screen with the play triangle, I get the message “Something went wrong!” Any advice? Thanks!!!

Hi Katherine,
You may contact Captivate support team directly via phone (+1-800-833-6687) or chat (https://adobe.com/getsupport) for immediate assistance. Alternatively, please send an e-mail with your query to tcssup@adobe.com or CaptivateHelp@adobe.com so we can assist.

That is the most recent release, and Chrome should work fine.
I would try the usual troubleshooting steps, which are still the same as for previous versions:
- Clear the Cache (under Preferences you find a button)
- Close Captivate and find the subfolder ‘utils’ under the installation folder. Run the CleanPreferences… file appropriate for your OS.
No guarantee, but worth trying.
