New project on customer service skills
This was a really good way to showcase the many interactive and animation features available in all-new adobe captivate. I also liked the font types and sizes and use of simple clean images.

This is a well-designed course, but my only critique would be to use voice or a more natural computer-generated voice.
Not sure why, but most of the buttons do not work for me.
I like how you did the objectives, one click and the rest reveals. The TOC seems a bit oddly placed, but of course that’s my opinion and in no way invalidates the content.
Your transitions and animations are smooth and adds to the visual quality of the course, great job!

The videos in the customer service section videos (slide 6) do not have audio when I view in the preview mode, or when I download the project. Are you able to hear the audio?

I tested again on mobile (originally I was on desktop but couldn’t recall the videos), and yes I too get no sound but I don’t know if I should’ve.
