My Adobe Captivate 12.1.0.16 keeps on showing a red box with the message:

“Something went wrong while content block insertion”

No only when I try inserting a cads widget but with other elements.

I uninstalled, reset my Windows 11 and reinstalled 2x already. No changes. Checked for updates also, seems updated .

Doe anyone have a clue of what might be happening? I just do not want to start new projects with legacy tools…but it is hard to work with such a instability….
