Problem Statement:
How to remove the Content Marketplace from all learners view
Brief Description:
There are cases where customers do not want Content Marketplace to be visible to all their learners. or the users might have been invited accidentally to check out the content in the marketplace.
Steps to be carried out by the Admin to revoke the access to “Content Marketplace” for the learners.
If both the content marketplace and content hub are present, it means the user has admin access. If the user is seeing only the content marketplace, then any of your admin users have invited that user to check out the content in the marketplace. This is the only scenario where learners can see the content marketplace option.
- Login as an Admin
- Click on the “Content Marketplace” option in the left-hand panel of the screen.
- Now hover the cursor above the “Enterprise training” option and then click on ‘Explore‘. Please refer to the screenshot below.
- On the next page, you can click on the ‘All Learners‘ radio button and then click on “Revoke Access“.
- This will revoke access of all users from the Content Marketplace page. Users will no longer be able to express interest in the content.
Note: Administrators continue to view the Content Marketplace in Learner View. The revoke Access step applies only to non-administrator users.
