Use Case: The customer wants to use the multi-enrollment option in the certification. As the users onboard the ships, they must complete some specific certifications. And they cannot use the recurring certification as don’t have specific time intervals.
Alternatives:
- Create the course with the Multi enrollment option enabled ( Each instance needs to match our course completion criteria).
- Create a perpetual Certification by adding the course we have created.
- Complete the certificate with the first instance.
- Move your cursor over the course name to register for the 2nd instance
- Select the required instance to complete it again.
- Completion can be tracked by using the course level reports as the certification reporting will provide only the original completion date.
