Hello and thank you for your time. We are currently working with Captivate version 11.5.5.678. When I choose the ‘clearskin1’ option for the video, because I do not want the ability for learners to scrub forward. I tested this function in Captivate Preview and it worked as expected. However, when we view our LMS through Chrome or Safari, the scrub bar appears. Can someone please explain why this is happening? Thank you, Kari.
I suspect you are using a Mac, due to the version you mention. That makes it bit difficult, I am on Windows, version 11.5.5.553. I wonder if you bumped on a bug? From the screenshots I cannot deduct if this is a responsive or non-responsive project? Avoid using Safari, but Chrome or Firefox should be fine.
It is an event video, but you clearly have another control panel than the one you choose. That is the reason why I asked about a possible responsive project?
