Multi-enrollment support for Learners: 

Adobe Learning Manager has introduced multi-enrollment for learners that allows you to enroll in more than one instance of a course at one or different time periods.

Irrespective of the states – enrolled, completed, and not enrolled- can take the course in other instances.

Learners can also consume the content of the course from multiple instances at the same time. Each instance has its own progress.

Follow the below steps to enable the Multiple Enrollments:  

Author Login Page:

In the Settings section of a course, an Author, while creating a course, can enable the option Multiple Enrollment.

Note: As an author, you cannot have Instance Switch and Multiple Enrollment enabled at the same time.

Multiple enrollments are helpful when a learner wants to enroll in a Classroom or Virtual Classroom course or wants to complete a course again before moving on to another course.

As a learner, on the Learner app, select a course that has multiple instances, as shown below.

All available instances of the course display as shown below: 

You can enroll in all the instances simultaneously. Select any instance, and you can enroll in it.

You can also view the progress of the courses in the instances you are enrolled in.

As an Admin, in the Learners section of the settings of a course, you can add learners.

• Select a learner and select Enroll.
• Select an instance and select Proceed.
• Now, if you search a user for all instances they are enrolled in, search for the learners, and you can see all the different instances they’re enrolled in.
