Cptx files (version 11.5.5.678) opens each feature in it’s own window ?!

Help!
Cptx files (version 11.5.5.678) opens each interface feature in its own window. 
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled but the problem persists – each time I open a chapter this is what I see.

I use 11.5.5.553, but your version was needed for Mac, I am on Windows.
So far I haven’t seen this type of problem anywhere, so I am guessing. Are you sure that your present version of OS is compatible?
When reinstalliing did you clear the Preferences? Find the ‘utils’ folder in the installation folder and run CleanPreferencesMac file while Captivate is closed. Do not forget to clear the cache regularly as well.
