Hi! You mean can you change or edit the image, right? Yes, you can. Just select the image, right–click, and select the edit image option. You can add the image of your choice. You can add up to 6 hotspots. I would like to have more flexibility in the hotspot numbers though. 

Are you using version 12 or version 11? With ‘images’ do you mean the icons used for the hotspots if you are on version 12. Those are SVGs and can be replaced only by other SVGs. Color of the paths can be edited in Captivate itself. Or are you pointing at the background image?
