When the users are imported through CSV, usually the users will be added as un registered in ALM. The admin needs to manually select those unregistered users and register them.

In some cases, if the users are imported in bulk, it will be difficult for the admin to select all those unregistered users and manually register them. To make the process simplier, we have a feature called, auto register. When the users are imported from CSV, users will be registered automatically.

To enable that feature, navigate to settings>>General>>enable the auto-register feature :
