Turning Company Documents into online Forms with signatures
(1)

Hi,

It has been quite a few years since using Adobe Pro… I have been transforming MS Word documents into PDF Form formats for electronic purposes.

This is for learning and training assessing purposes.

I want to have the candidate populate the existing form template… then require there signature.

I then require the Assessor to mark their submission and leaving comments.  Finally signing off also.

Is there an easy way using the Adobe Pro Forms?

Cheers, Scottie

This is the eLearning community. Main applications in focus are Adobe Learning Manager (= Learning Management System) and Adobe Captivate (eLearning authoring tool). Personally I have also taught secretaries how to create forms from Word documents in my career as Professor in a university college. I never used digital signature.

Can I get some more details: are you planning to use this in a Learning Management System, without specifying its name? Do you have access to Adobe Captivate? Within that authoring tool it is possible to let the learner fill in ‘input’ fields and check/score the input.
