There is a bug relating the notes selection. There is no way to select all the slides, can you help me?

Follow the steps:
- Select the TTS checkboxes in all the slides.
- Open the Speech Management dialog (Audio > Speech management).
The dialog shows all the slides that are selected for TTS. Selecting the Generate audio button will generate audio for all slides.
Can you please tell which version you are using? You find the full version number under Help, About Captivate if you are on a Win system, on Mac it is under the Captivate menu.
Normally you need to put the notes in the Slide Notes in Captivate if you want to use that workflow to create TTS. If not, you can just open the TTS dialog box and copy/paste the sentences there.
