In Adobe Learning Manager, each training has a unique ID such as Course ID or Learning Path ID. Apart from the traning ID which is auto generated by ALM, we can enable a feature which will allow admin/authors to add their unique ID for trainings while creating the courses.

This feature is especially helpful, if the organization has a specific way to identify their courses in case they have multiple versions of same course with same course name.

We can also find the unique ID of the learning objects in the Trainin report and it will help keeping a track of the courses in the account.

1.Login as Admin>>settings>>enable the unique ID feature.

2.While creating the course>>author can add the value in the Unique ID field.

3. Reports>>custom report>>Training report>>We can see the unique ID field in the report.
