I am creating simulation videos and some of the slides have a long space from the start of the slide until the audio starts. How can I trim away these parts of the slide?
Difficult to answer if I don’t know exactly which version you are using? Find the full version number under Help, About Captivate (Win). You did add audo to the slides, but how long are those audio clips? They need to be loaded On Enter for each slide, and that may be the problem you encounter. If this is meant to be a demo simulation (not training or assessment) you should better use Video Demo which is not slide-based, leads to better quality output (only MP4) and audio is embedded in the video. However Video Demo is not available in the most recent version of Captivate (12.3).
