In this blog, you will learn how and where should you enable the Learner Digest Emails in the Adobe Learning Manager account.
Step 1: Login to the Administrator role of your Adobe Learning Manager account and navigate yourselves to the Settings page.
Step 2: Select “General” section from the side navigation menu on the settings page and look for Digest Email setting.
Step 3: Click on the checkbox beside the Enable option/ setting to enable this feature for the account.
Please note that, once the setting has been enabled, all the Learners will get bi-weekly digest emails by default. However, to change the frequency of these digest emails, you should go to the Email Templates – Setting page.
Step 4: Now go to the Administrator homepage and open the Email Templates page. Click on the Settings option and scroll down the page to see “Digest Email Settings” option.
Step 5: Click on the Edit button right next to the Set Email Frequency text. Here, you are required to choose the Frequency of the Digest emails being sent to the learners from the dropdown menu. You can either choose Biweekly/ Monthly as shown in the below snippet:
Biweekly: If you set the frequency to Biweekly, learners will receive the email once every two weeks.
Monthly: If you set the frequency to Monthly, learners will receive the email once every month.
NOTE: You can also download the Email Access Report for these digest emails under the Digest Email Settings, which contains the information as to whom the emails were sent and whether they have clicked/ accessed the sent email (or) not, along with the date and time stamps.
