Addressing the authentication issue with the POWER BI connector in ALM and demonstrating the process of enabling exports post a successful connection.
When attempting to link the BI account with ALM, we encountered a blank screen after submitting the credentials in the Power BI connector of ALM. It fell to me to investigate and resolve this issue, and I’ve included a video (no-audio) tutorial outlining the steps to do so.
Enable Exports after activating the connection successfully.
