Unable to select user group option while publishing a social learning board.
- Discussion boards are created by learners. An user can create below discussion board by logging into ‘Learner’ profile not from Admin/Author/Custom Admin/Custom Author.
- As a learner will not have visibility to user groups , by default he will not be able to add user groups as user group functionality is meant for Author/Admin not for end users.
- In Social Learner app, only an Admin(full admin not custom) has the capability to create private board with user groups (internal/external).
Admin only- When you choose Private, you see two options- Users and User Groups. Choose the option User Groups, and then add the user groups with who you want to share the private board.
In the User Groups field, you can choose internal, external, or custom groups. Your private board will then be visible to all the specified user groups, irrespective of scope settings.
