Issue with Captivate Classic Multi-SCO Packager

Since I upgraded to Captivate Classic, my Multi-SCO Packager does not work.  I cannot launch the Packager from inside Captivate, but must use the File Manager.

After launching and entering the Identifier, Title and Version, I return to the main screen.  Even though I selected the Mutiple SCO option, the system button in the top right corner says +Module instead of +File.

In any case, when I click the + sign, nothing happens. So, I cannot add any files.

Has anyone else experienced this ptoblem? Is there a solution?

IDTrgGuru Please install latest update of Captivate Classic (v11.8.3) by checking for updates from Help->Check for Updates, and check if it works fine for you. Alternatively, you can download Captivate Classic setup from this URL and install on the device: https://www.adobe.com/products/captivate/vipdownload.html.

In case the issue still persists, you may reach out to the Captivate support team on tcssup@adobe.com for further assistance.

Most LMSs used by my clients do not support multi-sco packages, so I don’t really have much experience with them. But I cannot remember ever have been able to launch it from within Captivate, always started it as an individual application.  Just double-checked and I get this start screen with templates (see attached file). You still have the first template where you can add SCOs instead of more complicated ones with a hierarchical structure.

FYI: I checked this with Captivate Classic 11.8.3.8 installed. Do you have the same version?
