The new Captivate version is at this moment missing a lot of features, including support for 360° slides and video. If you need them you can install Captivate Classic on the same license and the same system. The Classic version will remain available until the new version has embedded all its features. Since the new version has only focus on responsive projects, in which 360° slides have no sense, you understand the logic why it is not yet there.
