My team is working with the new Captivate and have found, across different devices, that the preview mode does not work consistently. I tried 2 different projects today and neither would move forward to the next slides in preview. So I published them and tried to review in the LMS and they still would not move forward. Has anyone encountered this issue and resolved it?
Also, we have tried to use the Share for Review feature and it always errors out. Any thoughts?

Could you try the following steps.
Ensure that if you have installed the latest version of Adobe Captivate 12.3, in case you are using previous version please update it through help tab try to preview it, if you still encounter an issue, please feel free to drop an e-mail to tcssup@adobe.com, we will check it on priority.
