Hello guys,

I have come across an odd issue in Adobe Captivate. I am developing a course that contains only videos (Slide Videos, not Events) and PDF files using the classic Skin Editor.

Whenever I turn on the Playback Control in the Skin Editor, I am unable to preview the project. It keeps loading infinitely in each one of the Preview options. The same seems to happen when I publish it.

If I switch it off, the preview works fine and I assume so does the published package.

I need this project to be published with the playback controls so that the learners are able to watch the video content.

Any ideas on how to navigate this?
