Could you try the following steps?
Ensure that you have installed the latest version of Adobe Captivate 12.4. If you are using a previous version, please update it through the help tab. Could you add a button and an interaction along with the condition? Right-click on the button, copy the interaction, and paste it on any other interactive object. In case you still encounter the issue, please drop an e-mail at tcssup@adobe.com . We will check it as a priority.
