We have developed a course using Adobe Captivate 12.4 and are testing its accessibility on iPad and iPhone with VoiceOver enabled. We are encountering the following issues:

We have added multiple-choice questions using Adobe Captivate’s default Multiple Choice Question slide template. When selecting an option, the focus unexpectedly moves to the sidebar instead of staying on the selected option. This issue only occurs on iPad and iPhone; on Mac and Windows, the focus remains on the chosen option.

When selecting any interactive button—such as the “Next” button on the playbar or the “Table of Contents” button—the focus shifts to an unrelated area. For example, selecting the “Next” button redirects the focus to the sidebar instead of moving forward as expected.

We have observed this issue exclusively on iPad and iPhone; everything works as expected on Mac and Windows. For your reference, we have attached a screen recording illustrating these issues.
