Hello, I have the latest version of the Adobe Captivate Classic and works ok when I am importing PowerPoint presentations, but when I am selecting the “High fidelity” option upon importing the ppt file, it loads, and at some point crashes and the app closes. Has anyone faced something similar? It happens only with this option (but it is essential otherwise the slides are not readable as the resolution is not good enough if you do not select high fidelity) and I have tried with different ppts but the issue persists.
