Quiz import in CSV format not working

Summary

I am trying to import quiz questions in CSV format as directed here – https://helpx.adobe.com/in/captivate/help/import-csv.html, however, the file upload is not working. Attaching a video to show what happens when I try to upload the file. I am also uploading the CSV file. Please let me know what I am doing wrong.
