In the Classic version, I could show the TOC but required each slide to be viewed in order so they couldn’t jump around. Is there a way to do that in the new version? The only solution so far, I have found is to not include the TOC but this will be poorly received from the learners.

Hi sarahp28229358,
Thank you for your query.
For this use case, you can use the system variable “Project.LockTOC” to control user interaction with the TOC. For instance, you can set a “Slide Enter” interaction with action to toggle variable “Project.LockTOC” so it changes to True, and this will disable user’s interaction with the TOC. Here’s a link to help article for more details about variables in Adobe Captivate: https://helpx.adobe.com/captivate/help/variables-adobe-captivate.html.
We hope this information addresses your query. You may also contact the technical support team directly via phone (+1-800-833-6687) or chat (https://www.adobe.com/getsupport) for assistance.

Hi sarahp28229358 You can configure this action using the ‘Slide Enter’ trigger on a slide, and it will apply to all subsequent slides
