Adobe Captivate 12.6 crashes on pasting simulation slides from another project

Have tried pasting single/multiple slides a time. But nothing has worked out. Now, I am unable to view the paste option in the base project. Looking for a prompt response!

Version 12.6.0.63

  • Which Operating system and version are you using?

Windows 10 Enterprise

  • Are the Captivate files saved locally or on a network/shared drive?

Captivate files are saved to my desktop only.

  • Are you experiencing this issue with a specific project or all files?

I only have 2 files I had ready at this point, so it is both of them.

Hey!

I’m using:

  • Captivate Version 12.6.0.63
  • Windows 11
  • My Captivate files that are saved locally

This is happening for all my files. Any copy-paste action across projects are causing captivate to crash.
