Can’t save files in Adobe Captivate (new version)

I try to save even a blank file in Adobe Captivate and nothing happens. I get the spinning circle and it gets stuck there. I try to change the file location to go from OneDrive to something else as someone suggested but when I click the folder icon it does the same thing and gets stuck and doesn’t go anywhere to make the change.

Hi Fiorella,

Please uninstall CP from the computer and select “Yes. Remove preference” during uninstall.
Once uninstalled successfully > Restart computer.
Refer to the below link > Click on download for All new Adobe Captivate as per your operating system and install the software and then check for the issue
