Templates not downloading
when is start a new blank project I can see that the assetts are available for me to use, however, when I try and start a new RESPONSIVE project and then go to the assetts library the icons are just attempting to download but never succeed. I have tried a number of solutions suggested by Gemini such as deletting the contenets folder and cache but to no avail. I am in FREE Trial and keen to see if I can get this resolved before signing a subscription.

I’ve had this issue with running the 13.1 beta. When I return to version 13.0, I can see all the assets.

Please install the latest Captivate Classic 11.8 and check if it resolves the issue you’re experiencing. You can either install it from Help->Check for Updates or by downloading the setup from this URL: https://adobe.com/products/captivate/vipdownload.html.
