Automatic panning/zoom occurs during software simulation recording in Captivate 13.0 even when panning is disabled and project/screen resolutions match.
Hello everyone,
I am currently working with Adobe Captivate 13.0 and I am experiencing an issue with automatic panning during software simulation recording.
Even though the panning option is unchecked, Captivate still automatically zooms in during the recording, which makes the final video unusable for my module.
Before posting here, I made sure to :
- Set the project resolution to match exactly my screen resolution.
- Ensure that zoom/panning options are disabled in the recording settings.
- Test different recoding modes, including Fullscreen capture, Application window, and Custom size.
Unfortunately, the issue persists in all cases.
I noticed that another user mentioned the same problem on the forum but did not receive a solution.
Has anyone encountered this issue and found a reliable fix?
Thank you in advance for your help ![]()
