Hi,

Is there a way to create a multilingual course directly within Adobe Captivate without duplicating slides for each language and using branching navigation? I am concerned that this approach will significantly increase file size and may also impact reporting.

I am currently using Adobe Learning Manager for course delivery and management, and I am looking for a more efficient and scalable solution for handling multiple languages.

Any guidance or recommended best practices would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Can I import multiple translated files, so that users get option to select the desired language in the final output.

Hi Chhabi,

Thank you for contacting Adobe!

There is no direct way but you can try this workaround and see if this works.

1. Create 2 projects for example. 1st in English and 2nd in French (Just like how it is described in the video above by paul Wilson)
2. Copy and paste the slides in 1 single project
3. Create one starting slide. Insert 2 buttons. Put actions on those buttons to Jump to the respective initial slide for English and French project.

Thanks,
