Need quiz reporting access and code to put in the LMS field.
I have Classic 12 and quiz reporting is the only feature I can’t access to change to SCORM or put in the LMS code. I sent my .cptx file to a colleague who was able to access “Reporting” but I can’t. What is preventing it and how can we resolve? I now need to set up the LMS so the e-learning goes through the completion after the quiz and not before it. But that is in quiz reporting.

In this situation, the issue is very likely not related to your project, but to your local installation of Captivate. In Captivate Classic 12, the Reporting section should always be accessible through Quiz Preferences, even if it hasn’t been enabled yet. If you cannot see or interact with it at all, it usually points to a configuration or interface problem. A very common cause is corrupted preferences. You can try resetting them by closing Captivate, then reopening it while holding Ctrl + Alt + Shift. This forces Captivate to rebuild its preferences and often restores missing or inaccessible options like Reporting. It’s a quick step that resolves many similar issues. Another possibility is a display or workspace problem. On certain screen resolutions or scaling settings, parts of dialog boxes can become hidden or unclickable. Resetting your workspace or temporarily setting your display scaling to 100 percent can help rule that out. Since Reporting works on another machine with the same file, it also makes sense to confirm that your installation is fully activated and not running in a limited or trial state. If the issue persists after resetting preferences, a clean reinstall of Captivate is often the most reliable fix. Once access is restored, you will be able to configure SCORM reporting properly and ensure that course completion is tied to quiz results instead of slide views.
