I’m currently conducting Beta Testing for a microlearning experience designed to help instructional designers learn the new Adobe Captivate (v13), and I’m looking for a few learning professionals willing to participate and provide feedback.

This project is part of my MSIDT graduate program and focuses on how instructional designers transition from the traditional slide-based workflow in Captivate Classic to the newer block-based design model in Captivate 13.

The course has already gone through an Alpha Testing phase, and the feedback I received helped improve:
• Navigation and learner flow
• Instructional clarity
• Explanations of blocks vs. widgets
• Overall usability

What participation looks like:
✔ Review two short micro-lesson (~10–15 minutes)
✔ Complete a small hands-on activity in Captivate 13
✔ Provide structured feedback through a short survey and optional discussion
✔ Fully remote and asynchronous for most activities

If you already have Adobe Captivate 13 installed or available, that would be especially helpful for this phase of testing.

Whether you’re experienced with Captivate Classic, newer to Captivate 13, or simply work in digital learning, your perspective would be incredibly valuable.

I’m hoping to gather a diverse group of participants from across the instructional design and eLearning community. I’m especially interested in perspectives from those who have transitioned from Captivate Classic to the new version.

If you’re interested, comment “Interested” below or send me a direct message, and I’ll share the details.
