I am having repeated issues with Captivate freezing anytime I try to upload an image file from my computer. As soon as I click away from the default folder it opens to, it freezes and I have to start my Task Manager and End Task in order to continue. I thought my project file might be corrupt, but I tried doing this in a brand new project and got the same issue. I’m on my work laptop using Windows, in the newest version of Captivate. Copilot tells me this is a known bug, but that’s an unacceptable answer since I can’t do my work if this keeps happening.
