Summary
not able to use open sans and having a mixture of default fonts
I have been creating captivate projects for a client who has an e-learning platform and the client has asked for the font Open Sans to be used, however when displayed on the client computor all fonts are replaced with Arial or Times with no understanding of why the default was not set just to Arial
