I am hoping someone can help with this. I have Captivate 2019 and I am able to create simulations, PPT, etc. recordings, but when click to Create a Video demo, my system crashes. I’ve restarted my PC a few times, but nothing clears it. Any other ideas on what can be causing this? Thanks.
I have imported an audio file that i need to break up across my slides. I am trying to drag the marker for slide three to the 19 second mark, but receive an error “You have reached the minimum time for slide 2” and it will not let me drag it in. I am a new Captivate user and I am trying to record a software simulation of our software, which is web based. As i navigate through the clicks, my text caption boxes insert, but Captivate does not capture the name of what I am clicking on.
