Sharing the report to the users via email

Please follow the below steps to create and share the report with your stakeholders. – Login as an administrator >> Reports – Create the report by using the add button as per your requirement. – once the report is generated, You can schedule the report by going through the subscriptions tab in the report option. Mapping the course with the External catalog as an Author

The author is only allowed to add courses to internal catalogs. Once a catalog is shared externally, it doesn’t remain an internal catalog. It’s a designed behavior. Reason: our system doesn’t allow the author to share things externally. Since authors cannot view catalogs, they will not know which catalog is shared with which account. MultiEnrollment workaround in certification

The multi-enrollment option is not available for the certification. With the new release M38, multi-enrollment is enabled for the Learning objects, and it is not applicable for the certification. This blog will provide the alternative to use the multi enrollment in certifications.
